ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Monique Worgess was born and raised on the most beautiful island of Jamaica. Yes, she is completely biased. At the age of 11, she moved with her family to the United Kingdom. Monique thoroughly enjoyed a career in retail for ten years, but she is now on a career break and is actively thinking about her next big move. She has finally had the chance to slow down and be still for the first time ever so that she may intentionally observe what true self-care means to her. She is incredibly passionate about anything she puts her mind to, as she feels there is no other way to be. During her time off, she has reclaimed her passion for health by strategically putting disciplines in place to complement her new and improved mindset. Monique currently lives in London.
